Here we go again. The Iloilo Hall of Justice is closed for inspection after the recent quakes.

Our editorial argues this is a "recurring nightmare" and a failure of the PHP 50 million retrofitting done years ago. They promised it could withstand a magnitude-9 quake, but it closes after every significant tremor.

As the editorial says, this leads to "justice delayed is justice denied." What do you think should be the long-term solution for our Hall of Justice?
